Tonight marks the premiere of Andre 3000's cartoon "CLASS OF 3000". Tonight on Cartoon Network tune in for some Funky sounds and colorful characters at the red carpet premiere 7pm. I really like the loose wacky poses in the designs of the characters. I'm curious to see how the show plays. I'm also a huge fan of Outkast as well, so I know the music will be a hit. I actually kicked it with the ch designer behind this show when I was in LA a couple of weeks back, his name was David Coleman and he's a pretty cool dude not to mention incredibly talented when it comes to drawing animals. have'nt watched the show yet, but I saw some ruff animation when I was at the CN studio and it moved really nice.
ReplyDeleteI've seen two episodes so far of it at work. Its ok. Nothing that I'd run home to make sure i didn't miss it. The music is pretty nice.There is a episode coming up where the kids get a gorilla and he plays the drums which has some funny parts and the music at the end is pretty cool.
ReplyDeleteNot a bad program. Some nice music bits and great character designs. The premise might be a bit difficult to stretch out for an ongoing series (talented kids and their teacher finding some inspiration in music in every episode)...if Andre 3000 can make it work, more power to the storywriting crew and him.
